Hi Carolyn
Just finding and sorting out this Transition Hertford site.
I have read through the Events. I can give a talk on 'Peak phosphous'
if there is a venue you can think of between Well End and Hertford town as we haven't built our pavillion yet.
This would be like a follow on talk from 'The Power of Community film evening.'
This would be a talk (and film) about the urgency for US to grow our own food providing our own 'phosphorus'
as without it there will be no more food in the shops in the next 20-30 years! (or far too expensive)
Those who will survive will be those who 'recycle everything' (Dr. Rosemarrin, Head of Swedish Environmental Council)
carolyn westlake said… Hi Richard and welcome! I see you say you are interested in browsing! Just wondering if you have any other interests that this site might be useful for!! I hope so. Do you live near enough to meet some of us at Green Drinks which is on this Thursday at the White Horse? Would be good to meet you.
Best wishes
Carolyn
