Where are the frosts?

 Are you having similarly frost free weather in Hertford as we are in Shropshire?  I am still waiting for frost to kill the top growth of oca and other perennial veggies before harvesting them!  http://annisveggies.wordpress.com/2011/12/03/where-are-the-frosts/See More

 Hello friends at Transition Hertford. My name is Anni and I actually live in Shropshire.  I am engaged in a project to locate and grow as many perennial vegetables as I can find.  This has grown out of being a frustrated would be forest gardener with an ordinary sized garden in a large town, although I am fortunate to live in a quiet part of said town.  Without the room to grow many actual trees and loving veggies I have spent the last few years focussing on perennial veggies.  I grow them in…See More
