I am an assessor for the Green Homes Scheme (a Government funded grant for loft and cavity wall insulation) If you've not applied yet, or not sure if you can, contact me for a personal appraisal. Within the scope of the scheme, those aged over 70 (and recipients of certain benefits) get it installed free!
