Event Description

Following last year’s superb feast, Mudlarks Community garden is running another harvest feast at its garden at the allotments on Cromwell Rd off Ware Rd, Hertford on Sunday 31st October. Come and share pumpkin soup, courgette cake and other delicious harvest produce. There’s loads of interesting planting and new beds to explore and you will also get a chance to see their eco shed, which should be completed by then! And get Vic to lift the lid on Mudlark’s famous composting loo…

This was a lovely day. It was nice to see so many people interested in Mudlarks. Iain and I may have even got ourselves in the Mercury. If so would be good to put us in as reps of TH. It was nice to see new members of TH there as well. Got some pictures of the day but having trouble uploading them at the mo so watch this space. By the way, as usual Iain managed a pumpkin pie for this one. :-)
